Depending on your version of DragonNS it is using either SAPI 4 or SAPI 5 speech recognition engine. Qubit Master is using SAPI 5 engine.
My suggestion would be to download and install Qubit Master alone (without speech recognition engine) and see whether speech works. If it does you are set, everything is fine. If it does not it means your version of DragonNS is an older one using SAPI 4. Microsoft documentation and our experience says that SAPI 4 and SAPI 5 can coexist on the same system. So, you might want to try and download the SAPI 5 engine we provide.
Either way, note that Qubit Master will work without speech recognition being enabled.
