Dear Mr. Griffie,

Both settings that you mention (voice commands for built in commands and "don't show" option for the tour) are user specific settings. Please check the user name (upper right corner just below the toolbar) when you make the change, when you close the application and when it is reopened (it should open with the user that closed it). If they are not all the same (or if the name field is empty) that is the reason for the behavior you describe.

However, if user name is always the same as you experience these problems we will need to troubleshoot it. Unfortunately, since we cannot reproduce the problem, we will have to ask you to help us in gathering relevant information. Please follow the steps below: 1) Change "Press Esc" voice command to "Troubleshooting" (note the active user name) 2) Verify that new voice command is applied (second column in the list, or opening "Edit Command" dialog again) 3) Close the application 4) Open Qubit Master's application folder (default is "C:\Program Files\Qubit Master\") and go to the "User Settings" subfolder 5) Send us the file "<user name>.ini" (where <user name> is the name you observed when you made the change) 6) Also send us the version of Windows you are using.

Thank you very much for trying Qubit Master and helping us make it better.

Best regards,

Branislav Vasilijevic
