REQUIREMENTS
Supported Windows® versions: 98/ME/2000/XP
Hardware Requirements:
- Intel® Pentium II or Pentium II-equivalent or later processor at 233
MHz,
- 64Mb of RAM,
- 128Mb of hard drive space (with speech recognition),
- 800X600 minimum screen resolution with 16-bit color,
- Full duplex sound card.
Software Requirements:
- Windows Installer component (required for Windows 98/ME
only),
Tip: Select [Start >> Run...] then type in "msiexec"
(no quotes), then press OK. If file is not found you need this component. If
it is an 'Invalid command line' error you already have this component.
- Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher.
Tip: Check the Help >> About Internet Explorer for the
version number.
- Administrative privileges required to perform the installation and run the trial
version (2000/XP only).
DOWNLOAD
Step 1: Check the Software Requirements above and download/install all
the missing components.
Step 2: Download the proper installation package (see below).
NOTE: The table below lists the necessary components. Expert
users with full knowledge of their systems can opt to download smaller package
if all other components are already present.
Step 3: Start the installation by executing SetupQM.exe downloaded
file.
IMPORTANT: The installation package will
install several components onto your system (see below). During the installation
you might be asked to reboot the system. Please do NOT do this until the
installation is complete.
Step 4 (optional): Download and install the speech recognition engine.
NOTE: Speech recognition engine will allow you to use voice
commands. However, Qubit Master will function properly without it.
