There are three basic operations on commands:

Adding a new command - by clicking on the Add button or double-clicking on an empty row in the list of commands or selecting Add... from the context menu. For more details on adding commands check specific command type descriptions.

Editing an existing command - by clicking on the Edit button or double-clicking the desired command or selecting Edit... from the context menu. If a command is a part of at least one group command its Name field is grayed (but still active). For more details on editing commands check specific command type descriptions.

Deleting an existing command - by clicking on the Delete button or selecting Delete... from the context menu. Before command is deleted it is checked whether it is used as part of a group of commands (in the currently loaded package(s)). If it is a part of a group command, user is informed and asked whether to continue with deletion. For added protection, all deleted commands, from all the packages, are stored in Deleted.qml commands package.

All three operations are also available from the Edit menu and with the  keyboard shortcuts.
